Promo codes page shows an error for every code after marketing added a new one

Hi, since about 3 pm yesterday the Promo codes page in the staff admin just says "Something went wrong" and the table never loads. I cannot see any of our codes, not even the old ones that were fine last week, so I can't check which ones are still live or edit anything. The very last thing I did before it broke was create the code BIGWINTER for the winter campaign from the campaign tool's "Create promo" button. It doesn't expire, so I left the end date empty and the tool filled in its usual "never expires" date, 31 December 9999. The tool said something went wrong, so I assumed it had not been saved and tried again, and then it told me the code already exists. I closed it and carried on, and that is when the page stopped loading. The campaign tool is supposed to send that code to 60,000 subscribers tomorrow at noon. Please get the page working again today, and I would really like to know we won't break it again by creating a code.

Support note (Dana K.): Reproduced: the admin page fails for me too, and every staff account sees the same thing. In the browser tools I only see the request failing:

GET /api/promo-codes -> 500 INTERNAL_ERROR (Internal Server Error)

Customers can still check out with older codes. I can't delete rows in the production database myself and the DBA won't be around before Monday. Marketing says the campaign tool was changed to send times in our own timezone (Pacific) instead of UTC on Monday. I haven't tried BIGWINTER at checkout.

Ask: make the promo page work again with the data that is already in the database (we can't delete anything from production right now), and make sure creating a code can't leave the page broken again. Existing valid codes and checkout with them must keep working exactly as today.
