Account statements show wrong running balances

A customer, Nadia Voss, wrote in about her November statement: "the balance at the top of my November statement doesn't match the balance at the bottom of October. And three of my payments on 2 November all show the same balance, which can't be right because they are different amounts." I looked at her October statement (it ends at 635.00) and her November one (attached, it starts at 460.01 for the first line and shows 460.01 three times). Other customers have written in too, always about the first statement of a month or about days where the nightly job posted several things. It worked for her October statement, which is the first one we ever sent her.

Support note (Elif): The entries themselves are right in the ledger export (attached). Opening balance is 500.00. Only the balance column of the statement is off.

Expected

Every line of the November statement shows her real balance after that entry, continuing from the end of October. Her real balance after the first November entry is 610.00, then 590.01 and 595.01 for the other two entries posted at the same moment, and 815.01 after the last entry of the month.

Actual

The first November line shows 460.01 and so do the next two; the month ends at 680.01.
