GROW-207: Autumn Blend buyer count looks too low

Symptom
The unique-buyers report says 3 people bought during the Autumn Blend Launch. Our shop's own order export shows 4 different customers (file attached). Gift Box Weekend is also one short compared with the shop admin (4 there).
Steps to reproduce
Run the unique buyers report on the sample data and compare each campaign with the buyers you can find in the purchases table.
Expected
Each campaign counts every different customer who bought in it exactly once: Autumn Blend Launch 4, Gift Box Weekend 4, Winter Roast Preorder 2.
Actual
Autumn Blend Launch 3, Gift Box Weekend 3, Winter Roast Preorder 2.
